This last week I got to shoot two engagement sessions in the badlands, which has always been a dream of mine. It was a total coincidence that they fell on the same week, but I didn’t mind whatsoever! My husband and I have been to the badlands the last few years to hike and camp, but I’ve never gotten to photograph a couple there before and needless to say I loved it. Not only are the badlands so beautiful, but I have a lot of North Dakota pride and the badlands show off how beautiful our state can be. Rachel and Ryan were up for anything and were down to run around to all my spots I found prior. It was super windy, but that didn’t stop us from capturing beautiful moments shared between these two. I loved getting to capture these two while getting to know them better in one of my favorite areas. Can’t wait for their big day next summer!
