The Barth side decided to do another full family vacation and this time settled on Akumal, Mexico! This time around there was 20 of us and we got to stay in a gorgeous property right on the ocean. 

We spent most days playing in the pool with the kids and occasionally a few people would venture out to hit up some of the local cenotes and ruins. Getting to spend the entire week hanging around my family was so peaceful and relaxing. During naps we got to read in the sun and scuba dive in the ocean. Henny spent majority of her time playing in the water with her buckets and unicorns. I loved catching up with family who doesn’t live in North Dakota anymore and getting extra time with those who still do. Seeing all the cousins together and how great they get along was so sweet to witness.

Overall, the trip was extremely laid back with lots of time lounging around and soaking up the sun, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
