From the moment I first met Hailee and Austin, I knew I was going to absolutely adore their day, because I absolutely adored them. They were such kind, genuine, and authentic people. They wanted to take a unique and intimate approach for their special day, and I loved their idea to get married at the lake they called home with just their closest family and friends.

Flash forward to the week of their wedding, the forecast predicted rain. When I asked Hailee if she was worried about the rain, she responded “I’m just excited to marry my best friend”. To hear this made my heart sore because so many times couples forget that it’s about the marriage and not just the wedding. The fact that she wasn’t stressed out about the weather, and was just excited to marry Austin was the sweetest thing!

The rain held off pretty much the entire day, and I think this was the universe rewarding her for being a very chill bride. The day went seamlessly, and their family and friends were absolutely awesome and so fun to be around! I have no doubt this couple will last the long-haul and have a blast while doing it!
